At this time, I am private-pay, which is why I keep my session costs fair. If you have an insurance provider, they may choose to reimburse you directly for sessions with me. Please contact them and inquire about the out-of-network benefits that you have with your policy. They will most likely require you to have my #NPI and credentials. It’s worth the phone call and savings from your insurance company. Most will accept a monthly “super bill” that I can send to you electronically as well!

Systematic Training for Effective Parenting
Systematic Training for Effective Parenting, also known as STEP, is a parenting intervention aimed at improving parent and child communication and helping children learn from the consequences of their own choices. Parents will learn skills and tools to develop healthy communication with fair expectations and boundaries and realistic guidance and discipline techniques.
This is a seven-session psychoeducational workshop that all parents should consider and will benefit from.
